This delicious avocado keto smoothie is perfect for anyone on a keto diet. Packed with healthy fats, it will help you stay satisfied until lunchtime.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 tsp almond extract
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup crushed ice
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine the almond milk, strawberries, honey, almond extract and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
- Add the salt and crush the ice into smaller pieces until completely crushed.
- Pour the shake into a glass and enjoy!
