Part of my daily regimen is to take freshly made juice made of available fruit and vegetable in my refrigerator. I always see to it that I have stocks of vegetables that I see in the market so that when I juice its all there. The ones that are needed are bitter gourd (ampalaya), broccolli, celery, carrots, cucumber and apple the rest are choices.

I always believed this contributed to my healing stage and I will still do it as often as I could. Enjoy the video and Thank you very much for watching.
