  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup coconut water, unsweetened
  • 1 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1/2 cup mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 serving Protein Smoothie Boost (optional)

  1. BLEND: spinach, coconut water, and orange together until smooth.
  2. ADD: remaining fruit and blend again.
