Third Space fitness club to muscle in on Arding & Hobbs landmark

One of the UK’s most exclusive fitness club chains is to open one of its next sites at the well-known Arding & Hobbs department store building in Clapham, southwest London.
The branch of Third Space, costing members about £200 a month, will be laid out over 28,000 sq ft in the distinctive grade II-listed building, which dates back to 1910 and has been occupied by Allders and, more recently, Debenhams.
